Photography rules vary depending on the setting and ceremony. Always ask before photographing practitioners, other guests, ceremonial spaces, or anything taking place during a ceremony.

Lumina maintains appropriate safety procedures and emergency protocols. If a medical emergency occurs, emergency medical care may be required.Ceremonial support is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

No. Airport transfers are not included for Retreat Pass guests. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll ask for your flight details and share the price and pickup plan, so your arrival feels smooth and simple.

Breakfast is thoughtfully prepared to support your retreat or ceremony. We keep things simple, nourishing, and in rhythm with the retreat itself.

The Retreat Pass includes accommodation at The Ekumal Sanctuary near Tulum. We will share with you the available options for the date you are interested in, as every room is unique. The exact setup depends on the retreat package, but we always aim for a quiet, comfortable space that supports rest, ceremony, and integration.

We send confirmed guests their arrival instructions, check-in timing, and any transfer details before the retreat. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated so you know exactly what to expect.
