Group Retreats

Bring your group to the same fire.

For groups of six or more—friends, facilitators, teams, or communities looking for something more meaningful than a traditional offsite. The Lumina Sanctuary can be reserved exclusively for a minimum three-night stay.

Who this is for

Two ways to gather at The Luminia Sanctuary

โ€‹

You bring the group, we hold the experience.
Arrive with your people, and Lumina and The Sanctuary team take care of the screening, logistics, ceremonies, and integration for the group. You bring the people; we hold the experience.

โ€‹

You're a facilitator, and we provide the container
Bring your own program and participants, while The Sanctuary provides the space, practitioners, logistics, and on-site support. You lead the experience; we provide the setting and infrastructure to support it.

โ€‹

Not sure which fits? Tell us what you're planning on the enquiry form, and we'll guide you from there.

What’s Included

What's included for your group:

  • Private use of The Sanctuary for your stay

  • Breakfast prepared to complement the  experience

  • Ceremonies led by the lead practitioner with a dedicated support team

  • Individual screening for every guest before arrival

Three-night minimum

Group retreats require more time by design. Three nights gives everyone space to arrive, settle in, participate fully, and begin the integration process. Three nights is the minimum; longer stays can be arranged based on your group's needs.

  • What brings your group to The Sanctuary?

Location

The Lumina Sanctuary near Tulum, where the ceremony happens, is where it’s meant to — in the jungle. The Sanctuary brings together handcrafted Superadobe spaces, Coco Create, and geodesic domes, surrounded by the Mayan jungle. A fire is lit before every ceremony, creating a warm and intentional space for the evening.

โ€‹

Located approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Cancún International Airport, round-trip airport transportation is included with your Retreat Pass.

The Screening Comes First, Alwaysโ€‹

These medicines aren’t right for everyone, which is why every Lumina journey begins with a free consultation — before anything is booked or paid for. We review your health and medications and tell you honestly whether the experience is appropriate for you. Before participating, guests must provide a valid passport and sign a liability waiver.

How do I know which medicine is right for me?

You don't need to decide before your call. The screening process helps determine which, if any, ceremony is appropriate for you.

โ€‹

What if I'm not cleared?

We'll tell you honestly. Some health conditions may exclude one medicine but not another, and we'll explain what options, if any, remain available.

โ€‹

โ€‹What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit secures your dates. Cancellations 60+ days before arrival receive 90% of the total back. Between 60 and 15 days before arrival, dates can be rescheduled. Within 15 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
